Es un evento gastron\u00f3mico que re\u00fane los sabores de las 25 regiones de Per\u00fa en un solo lugar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" data-id=\"25991\" src=\"https:\/\/fiorellalarosa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/img_9511-1-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-25991\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fiorellalarosa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/img_9511-1-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/fiorellalarosa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/img_9511-1-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/fiorellalarosa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/img_9511-1-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/fiorellalarosa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/img_9511-1-1536x864.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/fiorellalarosa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/img_9511-1-2048x1152.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Fue organizado por Promper\u00fa, cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de 82 expositores y 30 restaurantes, cada uno de ellos fueron embajadores de su regi\u00f3n, y presentaron sus platos t\u00edpicos y representativos, se llev\u00f3 a cabo en el Distrito Surco, espec\u00edficamente en el Jockey club, un predio donde se hacen las exposiciones y eventos mas grandes e importantes de Per\u00fa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>En el acto de apertura estuvieron presentes autoridades como, Carlos Bruce (Alcalde de Surco),  Juan Carlos Mathews (Ministro de Comercio Exterior y Turismo), y  Dina Boluarte (Presidenta de Per\u00fa)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>El objetivo de este evento fue promover el turismo a trav\u00e9s de la gastronom\u00eda, reuni\u00f3 a 40 mil asistentes y se vendieron 90 mil platos durante los tres d\u00edas del evento. El 80% de los platos presentados en esta edici\u00f3n son considerados platos emblem\u00e1ticos de las regiones que representan y por tanto, patrimonio alimentario regional. El otro 20% fueron platos innovadores, inspirados en insumos locales, combinaciones regionales y reinterpretaciones respetuosas de platos regionales<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-2 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" data-id=\"25992\" src=\"https:\/\/fiorellalarosa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/img_9609-1-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-25992\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fiorellalarosa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/img_9609-1-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/fiorellalarosa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/img_9609-1-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/fiorellalarosa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/img_9609-1-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/fiorellalarosa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/img_9609-1-1536x864.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/fiorellalarosa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/img_9609-1-2048x1152.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de la gastronom\u00eda tambi\u00e9n se hicieron presentes, shows para ni\u00f1os, shows musicales, danzas tradicionales y productos artesanales. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n realizaron premiaciones a cuatro cocineros regionales por su incansable trabajo en la puesta en valor y difusi\u00f3n de la gastronom\u00eda peruana, estos reconocimientos fueron entregados a: Chef Paz de la regi\u00f3n Loreto, quien recibi\u00f3 el premio a la innovaci\u00f3n por su plato &#8220;Patarashka en salsa tucup\u00ed&#8221;, el premio a la tradici\u00f3n lo recibi\u00f3 la regi\u00f3n de Apur\u00edmac, reconocimiento entregado a la picanter\u00eda Abanquina por su plato &#8220;Tallar\u00edn con Pepi\u00e1n de Cuy&#8221;, el premio al desarrollo gastron\u00f3mico se lo llevo la regi\u00f3n de lima, gracias al trabajo que realiza el restaurante Sama de Barranca y el premio al plato mas querido se lo llev\u00f3 el restaurante Ochoa de la regi\u00f3n de Tacna, por su popular plato de &#8220;Caja china de costillar de cerdo al vino&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-3 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" data-id=\"25994\" src=\"https:\/\/fiorellalarosa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/img_9674-1-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-25994\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fiorellalarosa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/img_9674-1-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/fiorellalarosa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/img_9674-1-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/fiorellalarosa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/img_9674-1-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/fiorellalarosa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/img_9674-1-1536x864.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/fiorellalarosa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/img_9674-1-2048x1152.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>De igual modo las picanteras recibieron un reconocimiento por su labor, su esfuerzo y dedicaci\u00f3n para dejar en alto la gastronom\u00eda peruana, entre ellas la Sra. Benita de la regi\u00f3n de Arequipa, a quien tuvimos el placer de conocer en persona y nos cont\u00f3 un poco de su historia.
